During a dark and divisive speech in which Democratic President Joe Biden repeatedly demonized millions of Americans as “extremists” who pose a threat to America, a heckler repeatedly could be heard chanting a popular, if obscene, conservative rallying cry.
As Biden spoke, the heckler could be heard in the background, repeatedly chanting a three word phrase.
“F*** Joe Biden,” the heckler chanted. “F*** Joe Biden.”
Biden repeatedly cleared his throat and coughed as he used his speech to cast blame for the myriad issues of his administration on supporters of former President Donald Trump.
“Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal,” Biden said. “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
“There’s no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans. And that is a threat to this country,” Biden claimed. “MAGA Republicans have made their choice. They embrace anger. They thrive on chaos. They live not in the light of truth, but in the shadow of lies. Together, we can choose a different path.”
Of course, in doing so, he effectively condemned 74 million Americans as terrorists for daring to vote for the other guy. And this was the guy who was supposed to bring unity into the White House.
Biden has become more vocal in his attacks against his political enemies in recent weeks with him referring to MAGA Republicans as “semi-fascists” earlier this week.
“What we’re seeing now, is either the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy,” said Biden. “It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the – I’m going to say something, it’s like semi-fascism.”
The president also taunted supporters of the Second Amendment, saying that Americans would need more than guns to stand against the government.
“For those brave right-wing Americans that say it’s all about keeping America, keeping America independent and safe, if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15. You need something a little more than a gun,” said Biden, before clarifying that he was “not joking.”
It’s more than a little ironic that Biden is the one lecturing people about not living in the so-called “light of truth” when the “big guy” can’t even be honest about his relationship with his own son.
That’s the party of tolerance for you.
